not a miracle cure
My son has been using this product for over a year now. He's only mid twenties and desperate to do something about his thinning hair. He thought it was helping a bit, but really if it was, it wasn't that obvious. He has just given up and shaved his head, and so stopped using it. Very expensive for such little result.

Started using Regain extra strength two months ago 25 June 09, With great success. Slowly my scalp has been showing new hair growth. I follow the instructions faithfully. And I know that by the eighth month i'll have more a good growth of hair. Whether it will be a full growth I will have to wait. But I'm really pleased with results. Foil & Cutter This came instantly from Amazon and the price was comparable with other sites. I blame Braun for keeping the price high for what it actually is. Shaver was good once more, but I think I will try a different make when this one dies. All in all, I think Braun have priced themselves out of the market regarding spares and consumables. Especially their 'shaver wash re-fills'.

Braun Foil and Cutter Unfortunately, after bursting open the packaging I discovered that my shaver is a 5000 series which is different from the Series 5 I purchased, sad really because Braun parts are very expensive and I shall not be buying another shaver from Braun

what a gem!
Based on the last review I bought this cushion, and i'm really glad I did! I read the other reviews about the full seated ones, but I noticed even someone of 5'7" didn't get it working to her shoulders, and to me, that's the most important spot (i'm 5'8"). So, i'm absolutely in heaven with this little genius. There are only 2 options.. heat or no heat, but the circular movements, (and the luxury of heat) are just fine for my needs and I discovered that with some careful manouvering I can get it to work quite deeply on a couple of shoulder boulders i've been carrying about for a looooong time, and it is helping them shift.. though I have to admit that I went a little crazy with it on the first day, and am a bit achy.. but I only have myself to blame there! (It does cut out after 20 mins to let you know)

A lifetime of massage where, when & how you want for around what you'd pay for one session with a practitioner.. what a bargain!!

Some 6 months ago I trawled the net for a back massager I could use at home. I work in an office with a not-so-ergonomically-designed chair and I also play football with puts strain of the back muscles. Soft, quiet shaver
This Phillips shaver is proving to be not only a very smart looking, 3 rotary bladed shaver but a replacement that is so quiet and soft on the skin as is cuts. The first charge lasted far longer than I expected and the recharge is not unreasonable. It is much lighter than my previous Philips rotary it replaced and so less weight if travelling. Excellent so far. Would recommend.

Nice product. I've been using it for well over a month now and have yet to charge the battery! Shaves really well and doesn't tend to miss bits like other shavers do.

Not a miracle but a great help!
I saw it advertised on TV and thought I would give it a try, I have been using it for 6 months now.

It is not a miracle (and does not claim to be so) but it does improve the appearance of scars and stretch marks as it does claim, mine have faded slightly. However the best result surprised me. I have dermatitis, very sensitive (and prone to spots) skin and also odd spots of hyper-pigmentation. I use it on my face and it lessens the redness, clears up my dry skin and intensively moisturises the sore flaky patches more than my previous speciality product did (a vitamin E cream).

It does say on the leaflet that is leaves a protective barrier on the skin which is what the previous reviews mentioned. Put too much on and it does sit on the surface on the skin but if applied after a hot bath or shower, a couple of drops easily does the whole face and neck and massage in (instructions on how to massage face on leaflet included) it spreads even with no greasiness just a slight lubricated feel as previously mentioned.

It is my only facial moisturiser these days (bar an extra specialist cream for just on my darker pigmentation marks), takes care off the lighter marks and my skin looks much better plus I love the scent.

What suits one though does not suit another so I recommend a small bottle to start with and if you do not like it for face and body, it makes an excellent night time hand and nail treatment (with gloves if you feel it's too oily).

Top marks from me and my humble opinion and experience.

Bio Oil has worked wonders on returning my skin to feeling and looking supple but without being sticky by the end of the day. I have a scar from a sporting accident and dark circles, both of which seem much healthier and less noticeable after using daily for over 3 months now.
