The diet plate is great for portion control. Be warned the meat section is very small, smaller than a chicken breast! But it works, I have lost weight using this plate.

Portion control The plate is very useful for controlling the amount of carbohydrate that is eaten, as if it is used correctly the quantity of carbohydrate (rice, potatoes etc) is smaller than I was eating. There is a large amount of vegetables and salad in proportion to carbohydrate and protein. Once you are used to using the portion control you would not require the plate for each meal. Very useful I would say for someone who was used to eating large portions

Polar bear is cute I bought this cute polar bear warmer for my 10 year old daughter to keep her warm in the cold winter.The bear is very cute,very soft and cuddly.But there are 2 problems: 1. It is too heavy.2.It smells too strong once it is heated up.This gives her and me a headache as the lavender smell is just too powerful.We have to wrap it up with towel,put it as far from her nose as possible(like near her feet),but still the whole room is intoxicating.So honestly,we haven't used it too often.It is too bad because it is a cute polar bear,only if it is lighter(easier to cuddle) and not so much lavender inside.

Nisim F.A.S.T. Does exactly what it says in the advert. My hair was a very short crop in April of this year, now after using Nisim FAST since then my hair is now below collar length and in better condition than it has ever been, even my hairdresser was amazed at the difference in such a short time.It also creates the appearance of thicker hair if your hair is naturally fine like mine.

haircut from hell This product really works. After a scary haircut which left me feeling upset, unhappy and selfconcious, I found this whilst searching to see how fast hair grows!

After one month of using, my hair now is now about an inch and half longer and feels much thicker. I would recommend it to anyone looking to improve the length or thickness of their hair

Actually Does what it says...I just wish it was a bit cheaper :) Im a student on a budget but I love this! It really really works and grows your hair quickly enough. I gave it only 4 stars though cause its a bit expensive...I mean its only shampoo and conditioner and it doesnt last very long, especially if you use it every day or every other day! It works though!

Olay total effects day moisturiser I love the whole range of Olay products and use quite a few of them, but this is hands down my favorite moisturiser. My skin is sensitive and troublesome sometimes but this feels light and silky on and makes my face look smoother.

I love it! I'm getting close to 30 and started noticing some fine lines on my face and decolte, so I decided it's about time I traded in my cheap supermarket line moisturiser. I chose this one for the SPF15 - I live on a sunny island (which might have contributed to those fine lines), so going outside without SPF is not really clever. It's great - it makes my skin smooth and silky, more luminous. I can't tell you about the fine lines yet, but my decolte area is getting visibly better, after I've been neglecting it for years. Plus, a small bit of cream goeas a long way. A pump of it covers face, neck and decolte aboundantly. Now it's time to get some eye cream as well.
